Attach Lift Bracket

1. CAUTION: Sprayer with boom weighs approximately 11,476 kg (25,300 lb). To avoid injury or death to you or others, lift and support an empty machine only. Only jack wheels using supplied lift bracket, 6,804 kg (7-1/2 ton) jack and support machine using John Deere JDG10393 shop stand or equivalent. Do not apply jack pressure at any other location on axle. Lift only one wheel at a time.

   Before jacking a front wheel, turn it fully outward

   B - Cap Screws, M16 x 80

   Empty solution tank (if necessary).

2. Remove lift bracket from storage position (A) on right-hand front frame rail.

3. Remove wheel shield and motor shield (if equipped).

4. Attach lift bracket to machine in a horizontal position as shown with M16 x 80 cap screws (B) pointing toward rear of machine and flange nuts on inside of casting. Tighten nuts.

5. Place a floor jack or bottle jack under lift bracket and lift machine as required.

7. When finished using lift bracket, remove bracket and hardware. Install wheel shield and motor shields.

8. Return lift bracket to storage position.
