Replacing High Intensity Discharge (Xenon) Light Bulbs (If Equipped)

CAUTION: Avoid serious injury or death from electrical shock or bulb explosion. This light is powered by 25,000 volts. DO NOT begin installation of HID-Xenon lights unless lights are turned OFF, engine is shut OFF, parking brake is set, key is removed, and appropriate eye protection is worn.

Fully raise left-hand and right-hand row units and lower safety stops on lift cylinders before standing on row units to replace bulbs.

If HID-Xenon lights have been recently operated, wait a minimum of 5 minutes before servicing bulb.

Assembly Removed For Clarity

A - HID-Xenon Field Lights

B - Wiring Harness

C - Retainer

D - Bulb Assembly

  1. Rotate HID-Xenon light assembly (A) upward and disconnect wiring harness (B).

  2. Push in and rotate retainer (C) counterclockwise.

  3. Push in and rotate bulb assembly (D) counterclockwise.

  4. Remove and replace bulb. (See BULB PART NUMBERS in this section for proper replacement.)

  5. Install bulb and retainer in reverse order and connect wiring harness.
