A - Temperature Control Knob
B - Mode Selector
C - Fan Speed Control Knob
D - Cab Temperature Sensor
The ClimaTrak control system consists of temperature control (A), mode selector
(B), fan speed control (C), and cab temperature sensor (D).
Rotate temperature control clockwise to increase temperature
in cab or counterclockwise to decrease temperature.
The mode selector has three positions:
-
OFF (bottom). Compressor and fan are both off.
-
ON (middle). Compressor and fan operate as necessary, based
on settings of temperature control and fan speed control.
-
DEFOG (top). Compressor runs to remove moisture from air, regardless
of temperature control setting.
NOTE: Cab temperature sensor is located behind instructional
seat. Do not cover sensor or system may not operate correctly in AUTO
mode.
Rotate fan speed control knob clockwise to increase the amount
of recirculation air directed to air outlet vents in the corner posts.
When the fan speed control knob is rotated fully counterclockwise
to the AUTO detent position, fan speed varies in proportion to the
difference between the temperature control setting and actual cab
temperature. Actual cab temperature is measured by the cab temperature
sensor. As actual cab temperature approaches the control set point,
fan speed automatically decreases.
