CAUTION: Flammable petroleum wetting agents can accidentally ignite and cause serious injury or death to you or others. Do not use a flammable petroleum wetting agent.

NOTE: Use of flammable petroleum wetting agents can lower cotton grade.

This machine is equipped with number 3 nozzles for use with spindle cleaner. If wetting agent is used, number 6 nozzles are recommended. (See your John Deere dealer.)

Wetting agent is a detergent additive for cleaning spindles.

John Deere Wetting Agent Dilution Ratios

The recommended dilution ratio for John Deere Wetting Agent is 3.125 L (3.3 qt.) per tank of solution (1363 L) (360 gal.).

The following chart shows the amount of wetting agent and water required to refill the solution tank based on approximate amount remaining in tank. For example: If sight gauge on tank indicates that 946 L (250 gal.) remains in tank, add 0.95 L (1.0 qt.) of wetting agent and approximately 416 L (110 gal.) of water to refill tank.
