Adjust Solution Pump Belt	Annually

1. Remove lower shield from bottom of power module.

2. NOTE: Solution pump is located on front side of engine, between engine oil pan and power module frame.

   Loosen cap screws (A).

3. Adjust tension of solution pump belt (B) to specification using JDG529 Belt Tension Gauge, or equivalent.

   Item	Measurement	Specification
   Solution Pump Belt—Static	Tension	67—85 N (16—19 lb.)

4. Tighten cap screws.
