Adjusting Moistener Column Height

A - Lock Nut

B - Adjusting Cap Screw

  1. Loosen lock nut (A).

  2. Turn adjusting cap screw (B) clockwise to raise column; counterclockwise to lower. (Prevent lock nut from turning while adjusting column height.)

  3. Tighten lock nut.

A - Stick Guard Panel

After height adjustment, close and lock door; then check for tight fit between stick guard panel (A) and row unit floor. If a gap is found, loosen hardware, push down on stick guard panel to eliminate gap and tighten hardware.

Stick guard panel prevents trash from reaching moistener column and plugging air door.
