Replacing Halogen Cab Headlight and Field Light Bulbs

CAUTION: Fully raise left-hand and right-hand row units and lower service locks before standing on row units to replace bulbs or adjust headlights.

Read SAFETY RULES WHEN REPLACING HALOGEN BULBS in this section.

  1. NOTE: This procedure does not apply to machines equipped with optional high intensity discharge (Xenon) field lights.

    Rotate headlight assembly (A) or field light assembly (B) upward.

  2. Disconnect wiring harness connector (C).

  3. Rotate bulb (D) counterclockwise to remove.

  4. Install new bulb and rotate clockwise to lock in place. (See BULB PART NUMBERS in this section.)

  5. Connect wiring harness connector.

  6. Rotate light assembly downward into proper position.
