A - Differential Lock Button
Differential lock button (A) engages or disengages the differential
lock mechanism that helps resolve traction problems in the field.
NOTE: Manual differential lock engagement is only possible when
engine is running and ground speed is less than 10 km/h (6.2 mph).
If ground speed is greater than 10 km/h (6.2 mph) or if the steering
angle of rear wheels is more than 10°, the differential is automatically
unlocked.
The drive train control unit engages and disengages the front
wheel drive differential lock function. The control unit monitors
the speed of the front wheels and controls the differential lock function
based on that information.
Press differential lock button (A) to engage differential lock.
The differential lock symbol is displayed on the armrest display unit
(ADU) when differential lock is engaged.
