The fuel level gauge (A) displays approximate fuel level in tank.

Stop to refuel before fuel gauge needle reaches the empty mark. Never allow a diesel engine to run out of fuel. (See DIESEL FUEL in the Fuels, Lubricants, and Coolants section.)
