A service reminder screen appears on the armrest display unit (ADU) after every 6 hours of fan and row unit operation and after every 50 hours of engine operation. The service reminders alert the operator that the machine is due for scheduled service.

6-Hour Row Unit Service

The row unit service reminder screen pops up after every 6 hours of cotton fan operation. Total fan operating hours (A) is shown on the screen. When the row unit service reminder screen appears:

1. Stop machine and lubricate row units. (See OPERATING ONBOARD LUBRICATION SYSTEM in Onboard Lubrication System section.) Service reminder screen resets automatically after machine has been operated in lube and tether mode.
2. If service cannot be performed at this time, select acknowledge icon (B) and press confirm button to defer service. Reminder screen disappears while operation continues. Reminder screen appears again an hour later.

50-Hour Machine Service

The machine service reminder screen pops up after every 50 hours of engine operation. Total engine operating hours (C) is shown on the screen. When the row unit service reminder screen appears:

1. Consult service interval chart in Lubrication and Maintenance section for service required at engine operating hours shown. After performing maintenance, highlight clear icon (D), then press and hold confirm button on armrest control console for at least 2 seconds to clear reminder.
2. If service cannot be performed at this time, select return icon (E) and press confirm button to defer service to a later time. Reminder screen disappears while operation continues. Reminder screen appears again the next time key switch is turned to RUN position.
