    Check torque on front drive wheel bolts (A), rear guide wheel nuts (B), and rear center disk to waffle rim bolts (C). Tighten to specification.

  2. If torque fails to stabilize after first 10 hours, tighten to specification every 10 hours. After torque stabilizes, tighten every 100 hours.

  3. Tighten all 3-in. hose clamps (D) in air system to specification.

  5. Check lower feeder belt tracking. (See CHECKING LOWER FEEDER BELT TRACKING in Round Module Builder section.)

  6. Check tension on cotton fan drive belts. Adjust if necessary. (See ADJUSTING COTTON FAN BELTS in Air System section.)

    Inspect finger grates (A) for bent or damaged fingers.



  8. Inspect auger (B) for excessive play in spline connection.
