An auxiliary water system is provided to use as an alternative to the portable fire extinguisher in case of fire. The auxiliary water system spray nozzle (B) and hose are located in storage box (A) on the cab platform. Read the instruction label located on the storage box lid on how to use and maintain the system.

An electric pump (E) draws solution from the moistener system tank and pressurizes the hose and nozzle. If the machine is parked overnight or stored during freezing weather, the pump and hose must be drained. The pump and drain valve (D) are located on the inner side of the left-hand platform support frame, behind access panel (C).
