Handler Hydraulic Lock Valve

A - Gate Hydraulic Lock Valve Lever

B - Handler Hydraulic Lock Valve Lever

Module Builder Gate Safety Lock: Place module builder gate in handler cradle if operator must enter the module chamber. If this configuration is not possible and the gate must be supported by hydraulic cylinders only, follow these steps.

  1. Place gate in desired position.

  2. Engage gate hydraulic lock valve lever (A) in locked position.

When work is done and all personnel are clear of module chamber, disengage hydraulic lock valve. Close gate before moving machine.

Handler Lock: Place the handler on the ground if operator works on or around handler. If this configuration is not possible and the handler must be supported by hydraulic cylinders only, follow these steps.

  1. Place handler in desired position.

  2. Engage handler hydraulic lock valve lever (B) in locked position.

When work is done and all personnel are clear of handler area, disengage hydraulic lock valve. Raise handler before moving machine.
