CAUTION: Machine is heavy and can fall or roll causing serious
injury or death to you or others. Machine must be on a flat level
surface. Engage emergency brake and remove key. Use jack with minimum
lifting capacity of 22,680 kg (25 tons). Tire and wheel
assemblies are heavy and awkward. A falling tire can cause serious
injury or death to you or others. Use adequate number of persons and
equipment when removing or installing tire and wheel assemblies.
IMPORTANT: Machine damage can occur from improper lifting. Jack
up machine only at designated jacking locations.

-
Drive machine onto drop-down trailer using given specification
(A).
-
Retain antennae on cab roof with hook.
-
Lower handler onto blocks (B) (one block on each side).
-
Put machine into transport mode.

A - Row Units
B - Dual Wheels (Stacked)
C - Cooling Module Door and Bazooka Tube
D - Rear Handler Extension
E - Accumulator Lid Assembly
The diagram given is for reference. Your trailer arrangement
may be different.
Place the row units (A), stacked dual wheels (B), and cooling
module door and bazooka tube (C) on their original pallets and place
on the trailer.
-
Place the rear handler extension (D) on the trailer.
-

can be placed on top of it:
-
Lift Extensions
-
Cab Roof Platform
-
Platform Sections
-
Handrails
-
Wide Row Bracket
-
Rear Panel
-
IMPORTANT: Lift extensions must be placed perpendicular of gaps
on pallet. Failure to do this can cause extensions to fall in gaps
and slide off trailer.
Once previous items have been arranged on the pallet, lower
accumulator lid on top and retain to pallet.
-
Open screen doors on the accumulator lid and place stalklifter
points inside accumulator.
-
Retain screen doors shut.
-
Place pallet assembly (E) onto the trailer.
-
Secure all pallets to the trailer.
