Row-Trak™ Guidance System Information

The Row-Trak™ guidance system automatically controls machine steering to maintain row unit alignment with rows in the field. The system provides operator hands-off steering which reduces operator fatigue and improves picking efficiency.

After the machine is aligned with rows in field and harvesting has begun, the system is activated by pressing engage button on multifunction control handle.

Manually turning the steering wheel deactivates system and returns steering control back to the operator. Once system has been deactivated, operator must repeat row alignment and press engage button again to reactivate Row-Trak system.

All initial setup programming and diagnostics are performed at the factory and John Deere dealer before machine delivery.
