Cold Weather Operation

1. IMPORTANT: If machine is exposed to freezing weather with water in solution system, damage to moistener system can occur. Drain water from system before parking machine overnight or storing machine in freezing weather.

   If solution pump is operated without water in system, damage to pump can occur. Refill solution system before operating machine.

   A - Drain Cap

   B - Bleed Valve

   C - Fill Valve

   D - Strainer Bowl

   Remove drain cap (A) and drain moistener tank into suitable container.

2. Open bleed valve (B).

3. Turn fill valve (C) to ON position.

4. Remove strainer bowl (D) and clean strainer.

5. Before operating machine, install strainer bowl, install drain plug, close drain valve, refill moistener system, and prime solution pump.
