Oil cooler or radiator plugged.

Blow air through core and clean.

 

Lack of charge oil flow.

Engine fan belt slipping or broken.

Check for worn or broken belt.

 

Plugged oil filter.

Change filter.

 

Exceeding relief valve pressure.

Shift to lower gear.

 

Relief valve stuck closed.

Bypass valve fails to close.

High Oil Loss.

Loose connections or leaking hydraulic lines, hoses or O-rings.

Tighten connections or replace damaged lines, hoses or O-rings.

 

Oil leaking into power take-off gearbox.

Replace hydrostatic motor shaft seal or park brake seals in transmission, see your John Deere dealer.

Machine Will Not Move Forward or Reverse.

System detects ground drive faults.

Low on oil.

Check for leaks and correct. Fill reservoir.

Tighten connections.

Select diagnostic address 113 and perform front motor calibration.

Select diagnostic address 115 and perform AFT pressure calibration.
