Use Eductor To Load Chemicals with Full Solution Tank

  1. CAUTION: Read carefully the directions printed on the chemical manufacturer's labels before handling chemicals exposure to hazardous materials could cause injury or death.

    IMPORTANT: Do not add chemical to solution tank until just before field use. Follow the chemical manufacturer's instructions for mixing the spray solution to obtain the desired application rate and effect.

    CAUTION: Quik-Fill valve (A) can contain hazardous materials which can poison causing serious injury or death to you or others. Before removing Quik-Fill cap, verify Quik-Fill valve is closed.

    NOTE: Solution tank is full (but has room for the volume of chemical to be added) and engine is running.

    Eductor performance may be diminished somewhat with a full tank.

    A - Quik-Fill Valve

    B - Solution Tank Sump Valve

    C - Tank Rinse Nozzle/Eductor Valve

    Verify Quik-Fill valve is closed.


  2. Open solution tank sump valve (B).

  3. Set tank rinse nozzle/eductor valve (C) to eductor position.

    C - Pump Speed Increase Button

    D - Pump Speed Decrease Button

    Slightly raise eductor and pull handle (A) to unlatch.


  5. Lower eductor and raise lid.

  6. Press pump on/off button (B) on keypad.

  7. Adjust pump speed, as necessary, using pump speed increase button (C) or pump speed decrease button (D).

  8. Pour chemicals into eductor.

    A - Eductor Sump Valve

    B - Eductor Rinse Valve

    C - Rinse Nozzle

    D - Pump On/Off Button

    E - Eductor/Tank Rinse Valve

    F - Solution Tank Sump Valve

    Open eductor sump valve (A) (handle parallel with solution hose) to allow chemicals to be drawn from eductor hopper.


  10. Open eductor rinse valve (B) (turn clockwise) to rinse eductor hopper.

  11. Place chemical container over rinse nozzle (C) in tank and push down on container to rinse.

  12. After verifying eductor is empty, close eductor rinse valve.

  13. Close eductor sump valve.

  14. Place lid back on hopper and lift eductor back to it's original position.

  15. Press pump on/off button (D) to stop solution pump.

  16. Set eductor/tank rinse valve (E) to spray position.
