Remove and Install Service Brake Caliper

1. 
   N102418-UN-01MAR13

   A - Cap Screw (3 used)

   B - Fender

   C - Hydraulic Line

   D - Cap Screw (2 used)

   E - Brake Caliper

   Park machine on a flat level surface.

2. Remove cap screws (A) and fender (B).

3. Disconnect hydraulic line (C), cap screws (D) and caliper (E).

4. Install in reverse order using the following special instructions:

   • Tighten caliper mounting cap screws to specification.

     Item	Measurement	Specification
     Brake Caliper Mounting Cap Screws	Torque	332 N·m (245 lb.-ft.)

   • Lubricate fender mount-to-drive mount housing cap screws with clean oil and install. Tighten to specification.

     Item	Measurement	Specification
     Fender Mount-to-Drive Mount Cap Screws	Torque (lubricated)	268 N˙m (198 lb.-ft.)

   • Perform service brake bleeding procedure. (See Bleed Service Brakes in this section.)
