Service hydraulic system:
-
Carry out analysis of oil and replace if necessary

Change hydraulic filters.
IMPORTANT:
Prevent pump damage. Prime the hydraulic system when changing oil and filters.

Replace safety, secondary or inner air filter.
3.
Regulate diesel engine intake and exhaust valves.
4.
On machines with serial number up to 060036:

Remove injection nozzles and take them to an service dealer to replace and carry out their calibration.
On machines with serial number higher than 060037:
It is not necessary to calibrate injection nozzles.
NOTE:
Independently of machine serial number, see your John Deere dealer whenever there is a failure of injection nozzles.
