1.
Servicing engine air filter:
a.
If the indicator light comes on and stays on, clean the primary filter insert.
b.
If the indicator light remains on after cleaning primary filter insert, replace the insert.
c.
If the indicator remains on after replacing the primary filter insert, replace the safety element.
d.
Carry out cleaning of pre-filter screen.
NOTE:
The air filter can be cleaned up to six times. Always check air filter quality through a visual inspection with the aid of a lamp to look for holes in the filter.
2.
Hydraulic oil filters:

a.
If indicator light comes on and stays on, change the three hydraulic filters.
3.
Elevator chain
a.
Lubricate elevator chain with chain lubricant.
IMPORTANT:
Wash elevator track chain at least twice a day.
4.
Fuel/Water Separator Filters:
a.
When indicated by the amber light, alarm or error code display, drain the water from the separator.
b.
Clean the primary filter when the diagnostic digital display shows code 97-16 or when debris is seen through the transparent reservoir.
