Every 10 Hours or Daily

1. Clean harvester by blowing with compressed air and remove leaf debris.
2. Check the following fluid levels:

  • Engine Oil
  • Hydraulic oil
  • Radiator Coolant
  • Fuel

3. Inspect the following blades:

  • Base cutter knives
  • Chopper knives
  • Topper blades
  • Primary and secondary extractor blades

4. Inspect chopper timing.
5. Check tension and alignment of elevator chain.
6. Adjust play of track chain/tire inflation pressure.
