Clean harvester by blowing with compressed air and remove leaf debris.
2.
Check the following fluid levels:
-
Engine Oil
-
Hydraulic oil
-
Radiator Coolant
-
Fuel
3.
Inspect the following blades:

Base cutter knives
-
Chopper knives
-
Topper blades
-
Primary and secondary extractor blades
4.
Inspect chopper timing.
5.
Check tension and alignment of elevator chain.
6.
Adjust play of track chain/tire inflation pressure.
