Wipe grease fittings clean before lubricating. If grease fitting is missing, replace immediately.

Lubricate the following with grease:

Crop Dividers - 10 Fittings (18 opt)

Front Lift Cylinders: Track - 4 Fittings

Front Lift Cylinders: Wheel - 10 Fittings

Height Indicator Assembly: Wheels - 2 Fittings

Elevator Swing Table - 9 Fittings
-
Primary Extractor Fan- 5 Fittings
-
Secondary Extractor Fan - 3 Fittings
-
Feed Roller Cradle Pins - 10 Fittings
-
Elevator Cable Support Sheave - 2 Fittings
-
Tilting Cylinder Pins: Wheels - 4 Fittings
-
Height Indicator Rocker Arm Assembly - 2 Fittings
2.
Clean out the following with compressed air:
IMPORTANT:
In dusty conditions, check daily.

Self-Cleaning Screen
NOTE:
When using compressed air to clean out components, blow air opposite the normal direction of airflow. Blowing air in the direction of normal airflow can force debris further into a component, clogging it more.

Check the oil levels in the following components:

Base cutter gear box
-
Chopper gear box
4.
Clean harvester of excess mud and leaf trash, especially feed rollers.
