1.
Wash harvester completely, especially engine compartment, oil cooler and radiator.
2.
Inspect the elevator support cable for signs of wear, frays and/or breaks. Replace if signs are present.
3.
Check wear on rubber cradle stops and replace if necessary.
4.
Check the following oil levels:
-
Pump drive gearbox
-
Planetary final drive
5.
Tighten the bottom nut of the elevator swing table pin to 300 lb-ft (408 N·m).
6.
Tighten the top nut of the elevator swing table pin to 600 lb-ft (816 N·m).
7.
Check wheel bolt torque.

8.
Inspect tracks:
-
Shoe Torque - 400 N·m (300 lb-ft)
-
Check track, carrier, and idler rollers for leakage
9.
Lubricate the five (5) left-hand side feed roller bearings with multipurpose grease.
10.
Lubricate the four (4) right-hand side feed roller bearings with multipurpose grease.
11.
Lubricate the two (2) chopper shaft support bearings with multipurpose grease.
12.
Lubricate the four (4) elevator seal bearings with multipurpose grease.
13.
Lubricate the chopper curtain agitator bearing. Use multi-purpose grease (2 shots with hand pump).
