Located on the left side of the steering wheel or track control are the elevator swing pedals. The elevator must be in the up position before swinging. If the left pedal (A) is depressed, the elevator will swing to the left. If the right pedal (B) is depressed, the elevator will swing to the right.

On a wheel harvester, there is a left-hand (C) and right-hand (D) brake pedal which control the appropriate rear wheel. The brakes are also used to aid in steering on curves. Applying a left-hand or right-hand brake disables that pump. The parking brake must be used in an emergency.
