1.
Wash harvester completely, especially engine compartment, oil cooler and radiator.
2.
Inspect the elevator support cable for signs of wear, frays and/or breaks. Replace if signs are present.
3.
Check wear on rubber cradle stops and replace if necessary.
4.
Check the following oil levels:

Pump drive gearbox
-
Planetary final drive

5.
Tighten the bottom nut of the elevator swing table pin to 600 lb-ft (816 N·m).
6.
Tighten the top nut of the elevator swing table pin to 300 lb-ft (408 N·m).
7.
Check wheel bolt torque.
8.
Inspect tracks:
-
Shoe Torque - 400 N·m (300 lb-ft)
-
Check track, carrier, and idler rollers for leakage
