Correcting Uneven Gang Penetration
In certain soil conditions, less penetration on the left front and/or right rear gangs may occur. The following adjustments can be made to equalize disk blade penetration.
1.
Move the hitch (B), to the left to reduce force against the front gang disk blades. Remove hardware (A) swing hitch and replace hardware.

2.
Adding spacers (A) to the left front and/or right rear gang supports will force one end of the disk gang down to equalize disk blade penetration.

3.
Reducing front gang angle will decrease the amount of soil thrown by the front gang, equalizing the amount of soil being moved by the rear gangs.
4.
Letting the transport wheels roll without gauging disking depth will stabilize the front and rear gang penetration.
