Operate Safely

All machinery should be operated only by responsible persons who have been delegated to do so.

Before starting the mower, check the PTO shaft universal joint through the complete lifting range of the 3 point hitch to be sure there is binding, bottoming or uncoupling of the joint.

CAUTION: Operate mower with 540 rpm tractor.

1. To avoid bodily injury, keep all power drive safety shields in place.

2. Should excessive vibration occur, disengage tractor PTO shaft immediately.

3. Stop the tractor engine and wait until all moving parts have stopped before leaving Operator's position to adjust, lubricate, clean or unclog machine.

4. Make certain everyone is clean of machine before starting engine or beginning operation.
