Replacing Knives

A - Bolt

B - Nut

CAUTION: Be sure rotor have stopped completely before replacing knives.

1. Remove mounting bolt (A).

2. Take knife out of ring (D).

   IMPORTANT: Replace knives in sets of three (around the rotor) so rotor and knives balance is retained and avoid vibration. Every rotor is balanced according type of knives. Replace rotor with knives when switching from Smooth to heavy Duty Knives.

3. Install new knives after inspecting the mounting hardware.

4. Replace worn or damaged fasteners. DO NOT reuse mounting clip bolt lock nuts if they have been removed five times
