A - Drive shaft

B - Maximum distance between pulleys

1. Remove side shield.

2. Loosen the locking collar set screw on the bearing at the end of the drive shaft (A).

3. Loosen the locking collar from shaft by turning it to the opposite direction of shaft rotation.

4. Slide the entire shaft and pulley assembly or an out to pulleys alignment specification.

   Maximum distance (B) between pulleys..............

   3 mm (0.12”)

5. Tighten the locking collar in the direction of shaft rotation

6. Tighten the locking collar set screw.

7. Install side shield.
