Installing QUIK-TATCH Front Weights
CAUTION:
Additional front ballast may be needed for transporting rear-mounted implements. When implement is raised, drive slowly over rough ground, regardless of how much ballast is used.
CAUTION:
Weights are heavy. Use proper lifting technique and/or appropriate lifting equipment.
IMPORTANT:
Tighten attaching cap screws (B) for basic weight (A) to 600 N·m (440 lb-ft). Tighten screws (C) on additional weights (D) to 230 N·m (170 lb-ft).
Front weight support (A) weighs 90 kg (198 lb). Individual QUIK-TATCH front weights (D) weigh 47 kg (104 lb) each.
Up to 14 QUIK-TATCH weights can be installed on front weight support.
Weights must be installed in pairs, balanced on either side of support center pin.

To install up to six additional weights, insert two appropriate length retaining bolts (C) through holes in opposite direction and secure with nuts. Tighten to specification.

To install eight or more additional weights, up to maximum allowed, insert retainers (E) between weights, one with threaded hole on top and the other with threaded hole on bottom. Secure with nuts and tighten to specification.
