Brake Bleeding- 7520
IMPORTANT:
Avoid oil foaming during bleeding procedure. Wait one hour after operating tractor to allow oil to lose accumulated foam.

1.
Start engine. Turn the steering wheel slowly lock-to-lock two or three times. Shut off engine.
2.
Loosen lock nut (A) and open bleed screw (B) 1 1/2 turns. Repeat on other side of differential case.
3.
Start engine.
4.
Couple brake pedals together. Depress and hold brake pedals for at least 15 seconds before releasing.
5.
Depress brake pedals briefly and release. Repeat several times to expel any remaining air.
6.
Repeat step 4 if necessary.
7.
Depress brake pedals while closing bleed screws. Tighten lock nut.
8.
Shut off engine. Uncouple brake pedals and depress each brake pedal several times to expel any remaining air.
IMPORTANT:
When each brake pedal is depressed there must be noticeable resistance before the pedal reaches its limit of travel. Any downward "drift" from the point of resistance indicates brake leakage.
