Transmission/Hydraulic Oil Change- PowrQuad

1.
Start engine and operate several hydraulic functions to heat up oil.
2.
Park tractor so that it is level. Lower draft links and front-mounted implements.
3.
Stop the engine and remove ignition key.
4.
Place transmission in neutral and apply handbrake.
5.
Remove drain screws (A).
6.
Replace transmission/hydraulic oil filter elements (B). (See TRANSMISSION/HYDRAULIC OIL FILTER REPLACEMENT - POWRQUAD, in this section.)
7.
Remove screw plug (C), pull out intake screen and wash in fuel.
8.
Before refilling with fresh oil, install intake screen, replace seals and tighten drain screws to specification.

9.
Add transmission/hydraulic oil to the transmission case, per specification.

Run engine briefly and operate hydraulic functions. Shut off the engine.
Wait for between 10 and 15 minutes before checking the oil level. It should be between the marks on the dipstick. If not, correct oil level.
