Recommended Set Up and Assembly Sequence

1. Prepare the tractor.

   1. Install the hood guard.

   2. Install mounting frames.

   3. Install the multicoupler and hoses, if ordered.

   4. Install the toolbox support bracket and toolbox.

   5. Install hydraulic valves and controls as needed.

   6. Refer to Prepare Tractor section.

2. Prepare the loader.

   1. Remove all crates, parts, and bucket or attachment from around the loader assembly.

   2. Attach lifting straps to the loader assembly and overhead hoist. Lower the loader assembly to the ground (horizontal).

   3. Remove and discard the shipping banding, wire, and wood pallet.

   4. Cut paint mask rings off all cylinders.

   5. Install locking pins.

   6. Install the timing rod.

   7. Install third-function oil lines and hoses, if ordered.

   8. Install loader-to-multicoupler hydraulic hoses, if ordered.

3. Install the hydraulic control valve and hoses.

4. Install the loader on the tractor.

5. Install the bucket or attachment.

6. Replace all safety decals with text-free safety decals.

7. Perform a final inspection and adjustments.

8. Install any optional equipment and attachments.
