Prevent bodily injury from falling loader. Approximate weight
of the loader is 312 kg (688 lb). Support the loader with overhead
hoist during disassembly and assembly.
Attach the lifting strap (A) to the torque tube (G) and an overhead
hoist.

Remove spring pins (B) and mast pins (F).

Remove the mounting hardware (D and E) and both parking stands.

Remove and discard screws (C) and hold-down straps from both
sides.

C - Parking Stand, Right-Hand
Lift the loader off the pallet using an overhead hoist with
lifting straps attached to the loader. Lower the loader flat on the
ground.

Remove all shipping wires and indicator rod (A) attached to
the right-hand side.

Remove the bucket timing rod (B) from the inside right-hand
parking stand (C).

Install the right-hand parking stand (B) into the bottom
of the right-hand side of the storage tube. Install the left-hand
parking stand into the opposite side of the storage tube. Fasten each
parking stand with a spring pin (C).

Cut paint mask rings (A) off all cylinders (if equipped).

Install the carrier and timing rod. (Refer to Installation Instructions
available online.)

Install third-function oil lines, if ordered. (Refer to Installation
Instructions available online.)

Install the loader-to-multicoupler hydraulic hoses, if ordered.
