Install Loader on Tractor

  1. Prevent possible injury from a falling or shifting loader. Use a lifting device to position. Approximate weight of the loader is 272 kg (600 lb).

    A - Dimension, 150 mm (6 in)

    B - Pin

    C - Saddle

    Attach lifting straps or chains to both sides and front of the loader and an overhead hoist.



  2. Position the loader around the front of the tractor.

  3. Manually extend lift cylinders to 150 mm (6 in) (A).

  4. Center the tractor between loader masts, stopping the tractor when saddles (C) on mounting frames are positioned under pins (B) on loader masts on each side.

  5. Lower the loader onto saddles (C).

  6. Remove lifting straps or chains on boom arms.

  7. Raise the front of the loader using the strap or chain around the torque tube.

  8. Make sure that mast bushings are aligned with mounting frame bushings on both sides of the loader.

    D - Spring Pin (2 used)

    E - Mast Pin (2 used)

    Install mast pins (E) and spring pins (D) on both sides.



  10. Lower the loader and remove the lifting strap or chain.

  11. Connect hydraulic hoses. (See Attach Loader section.)
