Defining Loads

Screen: SETUP - LOADS - PAGE 1

Press: SETUP >> HARVEST DOC >> PAGE >> LOADS

NOTE: Contractor and Contract # can only be setup in JDOffice and saved to a PC card.

This screen allows a operator to view/change:

  • Client/Farm/Field/Operator/Crop/Brand/ Variety/Contractor/Contract #
  • Load Destination
  • Load Type (Tank/Truck/Field)

NOTE: Load destination can be setup in JDOffice and saved to a PC card or custom named.

Press LOAD DESTINATION button. Select desired destination of load.

Press LOAD TYPE button to toggle to desired selection:

  • Tank - Auto increment when unloading auger is engaged then disengaged
  • Truck - Operator manuals increment loads by pressing NEXT LOAD button on RUN PAGE screen (any size can be used)
  • Field - Increments to next load when new field is selected

NOTE: Printer function is not used with Harvest Doc.
