Invalid prescription	Prescription file is invalid. -Verify rate units on prescription are correct.

In order to record a product application, you must choose a product type and product name on one of the ADD PRODUCT boxes. Choices will be CHANGE, which takes the user to the product summary screen, or REMOVE OPERATION which will flash up the "Are you sure you want to delete this operation" message.
