StarFire™ 3000 Receiver

StarFire™ 3000 Receiver is a five frequency, global navigation satellite system (GNSS) receiver with integrated 3-axis terrain compensation. It is capable of using all three global positioning system (GPS) bands and is global navigation satellite system (GLONASS) and Galileo ready.

A terrain compensation module (TCM) is integrated into the receiver for improved guidance performance. The integration eliminates the need for a stand-alone TCM. The TCM is a navigational aid used with the receiver to enhance machine position and course data. TCM corrects for dynamics, such as roll and pitch on side-slopes, rough terrain, or varying soil conditions.

   Slide rear hook (A) under pivot bar (B).

   Pull receiver shroud down until latch locks.

3. Pull upward on front of shroud to verify latch.

Remove Deluxe Shroud from Hoop Bracket

   A - Latch Release Lever

   Pull release lever (A).

2. Pull up on front of shroud and remove.

   Verify receiver bracket bar (A) is not bent inward or outward.

   D - Receiver Latch

   Position receiver on bracket. Align mounting pegs (A) on receiver with notches in bracket. Ensure pegs are firmly seated in notches and metal tab (B) is above bracket bar (C).

3. Position receiver latch (D) around bracket bar. Turn latch handle to tighten latch around bracket bar. Bracket bar should compress slightly.
