Height Input Box

A - Arrow

Height is measured from the ground to the arrow (A) on the front of the receiver dome.

To enter height:

  1. Select Height input box.

  2. Enter height using numeric keypad.

  3. Select Accept.

Under or over compensation for machine roll angles occur if height is incorrectly entered during setup.

Example: A 10 degree slope with a receiver height error of 30.5 cm (12 in) results in a position offset of 5 cm (2 in) on ground.

Factory default setting is 320 cm (126 in). On some AutoTrac™ equipped machines, height value is automatically detected and entered during power up. Measure actual distance each time terrain compensation module (TCM) is installed on a different machine. This dimension is critical for proper operation of TCM and varies due to machine configuration and tire sizes. For greatest accuracy, manually measure receiver height distance.

NOTE: Actual height varies depending on tire size or tire inflation.
