Terrain Compensation Module

Terrain compensation module (TCM)–Displays Roll Angle (A), Pitch Angle (B), and Yaw Rate (C).

  • Roll Angle–Graphical and numerical representation of amount of roll TCM is measuring, relative to calibrated zero degree reference. Positive roll angle signifies machine is rolled to the right (depicts what horizon would look like from cab).
  • Pitch Angle–Positive pitch angle occurs when machine cab is tilted back and negative pitch angle occurs when machine cab is tilted forward.
  • Yaw Rate–Graphic representation and a numeric figure for amount of rotation TCM is measuring. Positive yaw rate signifies machine is turning right.
