Attach and Detach Pin-On Bucket (If Equipped)

    Prevent possible injury. Keep hands clear of all moving parts. Use a tapered pin or drift to help align holes.

    A - Bucket Pin

    B - Flat Side

    C - Spacer (top pin only, 2 on each pin)

    D - Inner Bucket Hole

    Bucket pins (A) have two flat sides (B) that must align with the inner bucket hole (D). Spacers (C) install on each side of the upper cylinder rods.

    A - Lower Bucket Pin

    B - Upper Bucket Pin

    C - Spacer (2 each, top pin only)

    D - Flange Nut

    Position the tractor so the loader boom aligns with the lower pin holes. Engage the park brake and place the transmission in PARK. Shut off engine and remove ignition key.



  3. Install the lower bucket pin (A) and flange nut (D).

  4. Start the engine. To align the cylinder rod with the upper hole, use loader controls.

  5. Shut off the engine.

  6. Install the upper pin (B) with spacers (C) on each side of the cylinder rod. Tighten hardware to specification.

    Flange NutTorque150 N·m (110 lb·ft)

  7. Start the engine and verify operation of the bucket functions.

  8. Detach the bucket in reverse order.
