Replace Hydraulic Hoses, Couplers, Tubing, and Connectors

CAUTION: Escaping fluid under pressure can penetrate the skin
causing serious injury. Avoid the hazard by relieving pressure before
connecting hydraulic or other lines. Protect hands and body from high-pressure
fluids. See additional information, Avoid High-Pressure Fluids in
Safety section.

Relieve hydraulic pressure. (See Relieve Hydraulic Pressure
in Controls section.)

IMPORTANT: Prevent possible machine damage. DO NOT twist hydraulic
tubes, use two wrenches when removing or connecting hoses to the tubes.
Remove clamps and tie bands as required. Tie bands cannot be
used again.

Remove and replace hydraulic components.

To avoid contact with the loader frame, route or tie the hoses.

Cycle the loader and check for leaks.

Check tractor hydraulic oil level. (See procedure in your tractor
Operator's Manual.)
