Tighten axle housing and kingpin cap screws.
•
Lubricate fittings on each side of the loader.
Clean and lubricate latch pins on both sides of the carrier.
Grapple—Lubricate fittings on the back of both pivot arms of the grapple.
Apply grease, oil, or spray to the cylinder pivots.
Check condition of hydraulic hoses.
Tighten drive link hardware.
Tighten mounting frame hardware on both sides.
Replace hydraulic hoses.
