Store Loader and Attachments

Prevent bodily injury or death from a loader fall or rollover.
Securely store the loader with a bucket or attachment attached to
prevent falling. Keep playing children and bystanders away from the
storage area.Prevent bodily injury from exposed fork
tines, always store the bale fork with the tines pointed down, or
against a bale, building, or other stable object.
NOTE: Loader can be stored attached or detached from the tractor.
For an attached loader:
Store the loader in a dry, protected place. If the loader is
stored outside, cover with a waterproof material.
Retract all hydraulic cylinders, if possible. If not, apply
grease to any exposed cylinder rods to prevent rust from forming.
For a detached loader:

Park and detach the loader in dry and protected place. (Refer
to Detach Loader in Attach and Detach Loader section.)

Hang the hydraulic hoses from the holder on the right-hand mast.
Install protective caps on the couplers, or place the multicoupler
in a watertight bag.

To prevent rust from forming, apply grease to all the exposed
cylinder rods and pivot pins.

Store pivot pins in the masts on both sides.
