Final Inspection and Adjustments (300R and 320R Loaders)

  1. Hardware torque MUST be checked after the first 10 hours of operation and every 50 hours thereafter.

    Check the mounting frame and loader hardware. (See First 10 Hours in Lubrication and Maintenance section.)

  2. Right-hand side oil lines and hoses shown.

    Hose Bundle Routing

    A - Hose Bundle

    B - Hose Support

    C - Parking Stand

    D - Spring Pin

    Make sure that the hose bundle (A) is routed to avoid contact with the tractor.

    300R and 320R Loaders installed on tractors with the right-hand side hydraulics only: Fasten the hose support (B) to the inside of the parking stand (C) using a spring pin (D).



  3. Start the engine and check the loader operation. (See Attach Loader section.)

  4. Cycle all cylinders three or four times.

  5. Retract bucket cylinders completely and lower to the ground.

  6. Shut off engine and remove ignition key.

  7. Check the tractor transmission/hydraulic oil level. See the tractor Operator's Manual for more information.

  8. Check the parking latch cap screw adjustment. (See Check Parking Latch Cap Screw Adjustment procedure in Every 50 Hours of Lubrication and Maintenance section.)
