Tighten M16 hardware (A) on both sides to specification. Tighten the mounting frame hardware in the sequence shown.

A - Cap Screw, M8 x 30 (optional bucket level indicator only)

B - Cap Screw, M8 x 30 (3 per side)

Tighten cap screws (A and B), inside both frames to specification.
Cap ScrewTorque37 N·m (27 lb·ft)


Check Transmission/Hydraulic Oil Level

  1. Cycle all cylinders three or four times.

  2. Retract bucket cylinders completely and lower the loader to the ground.

  3. Check the tractor transmission/hydraulic oil level. See the tractor Operator’s Manual for more information.
