Kinking or twisting the hoses during installation shortens the hose life drastically. Be sure to follow proper procedure.

Tighten the fitting or nut to the torque value shown. Use one wrench to hold the body and one to tighten the nut.

For a hose, it can be necessary to use three wrenches to prevent twist, one on the body, one on the nut, and one on the hose fitting.
