Final Inspection and Adjustments

1. Hardware torque MUST be checked after the first 10 hours of operation and then every 50 hours thereafter.

   Check the loader and hood guard hardware. (See Lubrication and Maintenance section.)

2. Lubricate grease fittings. (See Lubrication and Maintenance section.)

3. Check the loader operation. (Refer to Controls section.)

4. Cycle all cylinders three or four times.

5. Retract bucket cylinders completely and lower the loader to the ground.

6. Shut off engine and remove ignition key.

7. Check the tractor transmission/hydraulic oil level. See the tractor Operator's Manual for more information.
