A - Angle, 45°
Raise the boom slightly and dump the bucket to a 45° angle
(A) as shown.

Lower the bucket to the
ground and apply slight down-pressure. Do not raise the front tires
off the ground.

Shut off the engine.

A - Pin (1 each side)
B - Quick-Lock Pin (1 each side)
C - Parking Stand (1 each side)
Install both parking stands (C), pins (A), and quick-lock
pins (B) as shown.

Ensure that the bucket and stands are firmly on the
ground. Move the tractor and adjust the loader, if necessary.
Lower the loader to the ground.

A - Quick-Lock Pin (2 per side)
B - Pivot Pin (2 per side)
Move the bucket until the pressure is removed from pivot
pins (B). Do not raise parking stands off the ground.

Shut off engine and remove
ignition key.

Remove quick-lock pins
(A) and pivot pins (B).

B - Storage Compartment
Remove cylinder supports (A) from the tractor storage compartment
(B).

B - Housing, Lift Cylinder (1 each side)
C - Hook (1 each side)
D - Pivot Pin (2 each side)
E - Quick-Lock Pin (2 each side)
Avoid damaging lift cylinder rods. DO NOT allow rods to rest
in cylinder supports (A).
Hang cylinder supports (A) on boom arms. Place lift
cylinder housings (B) in supports as shown.

Install quick-lock pins
(E) on pivot pins (D) and store pivot pins on hooks (C).

A - Coupler (4 used)
Escaping fluid under pressure can penetrate the skin, causing
serious injury. Avoid the hazard by relieving pressure before disconnecting
hydraulic or other lines. Protect hands and body from high-pressure
fluids. (See additional information, Avoid High-Pressure Fluids, in
Safety section.)
Relieve the hydraulic pressure. (See Relieve Hydraulic
Pressure in Controls section.)

Disconnect hydraulic
couplers (A).

Install dust caps (B) and plugs (C) on coupler ends as shown.

Store the hoses on the
boom. Do not lay them on the ground.
